OUR STORY
The Who.....
CATCH My Thrift is bold, passionate, and ready to shake things up. Our purpose is to make vintage fashion accessible and affordable to all.
We hope that we can start to turn the tide on the fast fashion beast and get people wearing more vintage, every single day.
We carefully hand select our full collection of pieces from trusted suppliers and make sure to select something for everyone.
Our founder, Scott Joseph is passionate about fashion, in particular sustainable, circular fashion and has over 25 years experience working in the fashion industry.
He knows just how damaging the fashion industry and in particular fast fashion is to our planet, so he has created CATCH My Thrift to help start the conversation and tackle the fast fashion beast head on, one vintage piece at a time.
The What.....
Vintage but, different.
We supply vintage that's ready to go! We wash, dry and iron it so doesn't have that classic vintage odour. That means you can unwrap it and wear it the same day. Here at CATCH we do all that to make buying vintage as easy as off the peg.
Keeping our sustainability in mind, we wash everything with eco detergent and fabric softener, on a cool wash and we also off set our carbon footprint with Play it Green, to plant trees where they are most needed in the world, every month.
This covers all the usage of electricity in getting your items washed and ready, as well as the shipping of everything from of our supplier and then on to you at home.
So you can order with peace of mind.
The Why.......
All of our pieces are £20 and under, and this will never change!
We honestly believe that the majority of people want to make more sustainable fashion choices but vintage clothing often comes with a much higher price tag, as the pieces are harder to come by and one of a kind. Not any more. We are dedicated to offering the highest quality pieces at the best prices.
By doing this, we hope to achieve our biggest goal! To turn the tide on the fast fashion beast and get people shopping vintage instead. We know that everyone wants to look and feel great and a new outfit is exactly the ticket to that but, with the cost of living increasing, sometimes treating yourself either gets left off the list or people turn to fast fashion brands instead. It is our promise to offer vintage clothing, at more affordable prices so that people have other options and can help have a more positive impact on our planet.
